 American Singles .com is a gateway to finding love, intimacy, friendship, dates, and more - All in America of course. The website looks pretty basic to begin with. Well, extremely basic actually. There are tons of sites on the net with the exact same white on [insert color] background. It is not fair to judge a site only on that though. With a quick, free sign-up for a profile, things could look promising. You will find the sign-up button right on the front page and from there you will answer pretty standard questions about yourself to fill out your profile and give other people an idea of who you are. It goes surprisingly quick, which is nice when you really want to know how the site operates; Because, this site gives you absolutely nothing until you sign up.

The actual website is a nice breath of fresh air. It is an easy, simplistic layout with plenty of search/tool bars and easy access to where ever you need to go. As far as overall features go, you are not going to receive a whole lot of unique tools until you pay up. You are welcome to use a free membership, but those are extremely limited. The Free Profile offers you: Review Your Matches, Use 'Click' and 'Flirt'. The last two features just allow you to show interest in other members. There are two other membership plans: Premium and Standard.

They have decent prices, although the Premium features are a little disappointing. It may be better just to stick with the Standard Profile.

It is hard to stick out on the internet now with the millions of sites there are. AmericanSingles does a decent job in the dating website department, not the best, but they can attract a decent amount of members. It may be tough to find results on such a small website, but it looks worth a shot.
